I'll make this brief - there is so much going on in my life right now (settling on a new car, selling a house, having to move in the next few weeks, a job transition, insomnia since my return from the Philippines, etc.) - literally, there isn't one area of my life that's unaffected by something pretty "big" at this point. Whew!

 With that said, this has been one of the sweetest times with Jesus I can ever remember! There's an indescribable peace in the midst of chaos and uncertainty. I can't explain it so I won't try! My point in all this - I've been doing some heavy journaling the past week and I was reflecting tonight on what God's been doing. After summarizing my thoughts, I sat back and was blown away with my God...and I knew I HAD to share them with you. I pray the Spirit speaks to your heart in a profound way!

 The bottom line to the past few days: The Lord is lovingly showing me, teaching me, reminding me, encouraging me, and strengthening me -

…to trust Him…period

…to “venture my all with total abandoned confidence in Him”

…to let Him make a way when there isn’t one

…to have no doubt

…to carefully listen to His voice…and then act

…to expect God to do greater things than He ever has before

…to live by faith, not by sight

...to choose to believe God instead of my circumstances

...to be okay with not knowing why

…to realize faith is a choice

…to let God stretch me

…to entrust myself to God’s hands

…to proclaim as Job did, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him”

…to allow life to become one great romance

…to not quit

…to begin with the conclusion – God is good!!!

...to hang onto God no matter what

…to stay close to the fire

…to wait on Him

...to hope in Him

…to live and rest in the truth that He is Immanuel – God with [me]!!!
